Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements from internal hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding and HR coordination activities
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
